WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CARD, AND NUMBER?

You will receive confirmation of your application and your Card with the Membership number will arrive 15 days after the purchase, by email.

WHEN CAN I USE THE DISCOUNTS

You can use the discount any time during 2020. When you register you must include your card number.

 

Conditions of participation and cancellation Policy. All members must be 18 years old at the time of the membership application. The discount of 20% in the supervision Sessions is applied only for attending a maximum of 2 Supervisions per year. Overseas members: The overseas members are not eligible to receive the discount of the workshop’s fees, for attending workshops. The discount of 20% in the supervision sessions is applied for a maximum of 2 Supervisions per year by Skype. The offered free books will be in PDF format only sent by email.

Payment by credit car, link has 2.8% of Paypal commissions The member card number is not transferable to another person. The discounts are not applied to the Art Camp events fees. Membership offer cannot be used with other offers, like PROMOS. Cancellation policy: Fees are not refundable. The cost of the membership is fixed, independently of the date you joined the Club. You will have access to current and past newsletters issued in 2018 & 2019, 2020.

The Directors of the Gestalt Art Therapy Centre may change the conditions of the membership at any time if they deem it necessary for the best development of the Club. The period of the membership is one year (the current year), not extensible to the next year. From January 1st to December 31st 2020 Payment by Credit card (PayPal) has 4% commissions. It is not allowed to use our Gestalt Art Therapy Center logo and / or the Arteterapia Gestalt logo under any circumstances without written permission of the Directors.

If you do not use the benefits of being a member (Full or overseas member) within a one year period (due to several circumstances), the Directors of Gestalt Art Therapy Center will not be responsible for this situation and will not refund any payments made by members and also will not transfer any not used amount / benefits of the not used benefits, to the next year membership.

If a minimum of participants is not reached in each workshop at the Center, the workshop will not be developed. Theses circumstances are out of control of the organizers of the workshops and directors Gestalt Art Therapy center, so this is a situation that may occur in the use of you member discounts. The non- use of the membership benefit discounts in any situation, it will be not any refund and/or transfer to the next membership year.
